Lesson 32: Comprehensive Review

What does "Journey" mean?
From Beginner to Confident Speaker
Hello! I am David, and I am proud of my English journey. Two years ago, I was a beginner. I couldn't speak English well, and I didn't know many words. But I wanted to improve.
First, I joined an English club which was near my house. The club was a great place where I could practice. I met many people who were also learning. If you want to learn a language, you should practice every day.
I studied hard. I always read books and listened to podcasts to improve my vocabulary. If I didn't understand a word, I looked it up. I didn't avoid speaking English, even if I made mistakes. My teacher said that mistakes were part of learning.
Last year, I went to London to experience the culture. While I was living there, I met many interesting people. I have been to many famous places. I have eaten traditional British food. I have never forgotten my first trip abroad.
Now, I am more confident than before. I can speak English fluently. I am excited about my future. I will continue to learn and explore. If I work hard, I will achieve my dreams. My journey is the most important part of my life!
