My Goals for English

Hello! I am Maria. I am learning English to improve my career. I want to get a better job.

I study English every day to practice my grammar. I also listen to English podcasts to understand native speakers better. I watch English movies to learn new vocabulary. It is very helpful.

Last year, I went to London to visit my aunt. I also wanted to experience the culture. I spoke English every day to communicate with people. I didn't go there to study formally, but I learned a lot.

Next month, I am going to a conference to meet new people. I hope to make new professional connections. I am preparing my presentation to share my research. I am a little nervous, but I am also excited.

I am working hard to achieve my goals. Learning English is important to open new doors for me.
