Grammar Focus: Question Tags

Question tags are short questions added to the end of a statement to ask for confirmation.

Rule: positive statement -> negative tag; negative statement -> positive tag.

The tag uses the same auxiliary as the statement. If there is no auxiliary (Present/Past Simple), use do/does/did.

Examples: Our cities are evolving, aren't they? People won't need cars, will they? We can do this, can't we?
